  • Large household appliances
  • Small household appliances
  • IT and telecommunications equipment
  • Consumer equipment
  • Lighting equipment
  • Electrical and electronic tools (with the exception of large-scale stationary industrial tools)
  • Toys, leisure and sports equipment
  • Medical devices
  • Monitoring and control instruments for both domestic and industrial applications
  • Automatic dispensers
  • Other EEE not listed in the above categories

The RoHS compliance for our product ranges is taken in account in our EU Declarations of Conformity, downloadable  in the area of our product datasheets.

Mersen is aware of the annex 2 modification released in 2015 (phthalates), number 863, planning to add 4 new substances to the actual 6 substances in 2019.

Anyway at the moment being, we continue to refer to the actual text from 2011 within all our E.U. declarations of conformity, as this text from 2011 is the only really mandatory reference.

Naturally we’ll update our declarations in 2019 when the new annex will come into force.

To anticipate a lot of questions about this future modification dealing with phtalates, we checked the main known use of them, and we can estimate that the probability to find them in our product ranges is close to zero.
